PROJECT 03 - Quotes and Invoices
Designed to produce quotes and invoices for small service companies.
By providing a central repository for managing service items, it is possible to cost up services and materials once, then add them quickly to new quotes or jobs.
Contacts are managed centrally, with each profile screen showing a financial summary including invoices produced and payments outstanding.
In addition to producing quotes and invoices, the system has a job management module which the user can use to track time and materials as and when they are used, giving an up-to-date picture of the status of the job so it's easy to see the financial situation at any given time. This allows for quick intervention if the costs are exceeding budget.
The Dashboard picks up current jobs, quotes and invoices and displays them on the front screen, providing a way to quickly link to current or open records. Time and materials not yet invoiced are also displayed here, which can be used as a reminder to invoice clients.
